About Leigh

The gilted one-night stand of Dr. Brock Lombard, Leigh arrived in Hallandale with the sole purpose of driving a wedge between him and his wife. She operated behind the scenes for a while: sending secret notes and gifts to Samantha. However, her worse crime was seducing Brock's younger brother (Ralph Lombard). On the evening of Ralph's big family dinner, Leigh bumped into Ralph first. She then revealed to his curious wife that she and Brock slept together while in Paris, and that she was her secret admirer. When Ralph confronted her about her true feelings, she admitted that there was a never real connection. He was a means of hurting his brother, who she really wanted. Ralph was justifiably angry, and wrote her off.

During the Christmas season, Ralph's anger subsided and he forgave her for her deception. She was grateful. Brock, however, was not as forgiving. He spoke openly against his brother having any kind of relationship with her (romantic or otherwise). However, Leigh has made valiant efforts to put the past behind her. She pursued a new career as an assistant reporter for the Showtime Limits, striking up a close friendship with fellow colleague Anton McCloud. She also caught the eye of his cousin, Beau Devereaux.
