Enrique was a police officer in Coral Springs, Nevada, who was very instrumental in bringing down the individuals responsible for the assassination of Michelle Dientes' husband, Kasey Alvarez.  Through the investigation of her husband's death, Michelle and Enrique became close, but once the case was solved, life took them back to their old lives.  His in Coral Springs and hers back in Hallandale, Massachusetts.  However, fate would bring them back together again when Enrique's chief recommended him for an opening position [Lieutenant of Police] for the Hallandale Police Department.  Unfortunately, Michelle and Enrique have shared very little scenes since his move there.  However, we did get to see them come together on the anniversary of Kasey's death.  He was able to give her the comfort Kasey was no longer physically able to, as well as convince her to embrace her husband's death with the good memories, and not allowed herself to be so clouded by the evil that encompassed it.  While the advice definitely hit to home for Michelle, she still could not bring herself to let go all the rage she had for Shaquanna for initiating the whole circle of events.  So where will Enrique pop up next?  Well, there is a trial on the horizon and more crime-related cases in the forseeable future, so stay tuned.
